No, there are saying that you can edit shit in the .reps, like a shitty grayscale filter or an even more realistic used coffee filter! :0
-
Man this is gonna rock!

Ordering 2 new graphics cards as soon as it's released

Good to hear they are gonna actually put some effort into a quality replay system (I wonder, if Halo 3 hadn't already done it and been successful with it, would R* have bothered?).
-
replay editor and filters

What troubles me a bit is:
Players can record 30 second clips and then they can add filters and adjust
the camera angle using the replay editor.
That's not very much and probably means no big combo stunts anymore =\
...everything else is just OMG, I mean custom angles ftw!

We got those things called hacks right?

Dhy does everybody only think about stuntvideos? I think more about machinima, movies with a story, that you see and cry when someone dies, laugh when someone makes a joke. Seriously, good machinimas is what we need. (I'm currently thinking about that, as soon as my creativity spreads up, my sony vegas skills raise from 0 to 100 and I get GTA 4 for PC, I'll do something like that.)
Back to topic: http://media.gtanet.com/images/5481-gta-iv-pc-screenshot.jpg (http://media.gtanet.com/images/5481-gta-iv-pc-screenshot.jpg) - That's some nice particles there. Can't wait until November.

A first impressions of the pc version. The replay description is a good one and of note is that the gfx don't appear to be much better. I think best case scenario in terms of graphics is that this version might incorporate what is better about the two separate console versions.
-
Man this is gonna rock!
Surprise ! Its Vista only !
-
Don't be too excited guys, they promised cool replay features before the SA PC release as well.
I hope you won't be able to turn the framelimiter off in this game.

Still looks a bit shitty, but atleast it's leaps ahead of the PS2 version, oh i mean 360/PS3 version.
Also I hope they shot the idiot who was in charge of the handling for motorbikes and got someone with half a brain to make it more realistic.
-
Realistic ? you fly like a madman while airborn
-
Where did you read that it's Vista only? Games usually ain't dependent of OS.
-
It was a joke because i heard Neo saying "Please dont say vista only!" or like, in his and Kan's show.
e// Also, Halo 2 is vista only

iv still has a frame limiter?
-
I honestly think that turning off the frame limiter in IV won't make much of a difference for most people.

can't wait to spend a week dling this god for saken game
-
It'll be less than 10GB I think, which takes about 24 hours to download with basic 1 Mbps connection. Though I understand those who can't do it properly and use a shitty P2P-program to download it.

I hope the framelimiter is atleast 30 fps
-
I found another website where it's explained about it.
http://rick-rolld.com/ (http://www.gtastunting.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=38938)
I surely won't be able to run it, since my family is having financial problems I can't upgrade or get a new PC so I'm fucked to get it very late when the game won't be that hot anymore.
-
Hey, it's MY joke, you bastard.
Still... I can run it!
EDIT: oh... i get it
