guys if i crate screen or recording and when i open folder my video  have this quality  i dont know why ...other game go fine

This happened to me, but when i got the new version of fraps it went away, it could be the FPS your recording in though.

I fixed this by testing loads of old drivers until I found one that worked

no fraps work good for other games

I've this problem and you've just to change 32bits to 16bits. If you are by example: 1280x1024 in 32bits change in 1280x1024 in 16bits. In GTA settings.
