Title: FPS problems in VC.

For some reason my FPS bounces from 29-30-40+ with FL on..
Any idea why? =/

Yeah i'm trying to update them now.

Edit:
Apparently that was it. Although it was working fine when I first installed them, oh well.

And it's like 10x worse in LC. Do you think Fraps could be the cause of unstable FPS?

If it is, then i'm screwed. Cause Direct X requires "Genuine Validation" and i'm using a pirated copy of XP. >_>

I already know about all those cracks, and I think I got one pre-installed, although i'm not gonna attempt installing something that could lead to my downfall.

It's a 898.55 kB release, so it takes less than few seconds to download it and installing is just as quick as downloading. But sure, buy XP then.

Directx doesnt require validation as far as i know..
