THIS IS THE FOLLOWING PAGE (http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/class.asp?logon=&langid=EN&catid=1087)
And i am aware that i will need a upgrade alltogether.
*AMD anthlonTD 64 processor 3500+ with EnHanced Virus Protection(s)
*2GB PC3200 DDR SDRAM memory

and i got 2 externals.
What would be the best deal/Ideal upgrade for me. Currently getting around 60/70 f[s in SA, around 100 in Bf2.

He's meaning ATI Radeon HD4850 / HD4870. And KillaMarci, if you're just going to play SA and BF2 you don't need Quad-Cores. Because games like SA and BF2 can't benefit the Quad-Cores. So take like Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 or something like it. It's good game processor and it's easy to overclock. But you don't need that good processor if you just play SA and BF2.

Well i just play Bf2, SA, Css, Bioshock and Started to play Crysis.
-
Then I think you should take HD4850 or if you got enough money, get the HD4870. Also buy atleast somekind Dual-Core processor, I would prefer for example E8400, since with 3500+ you can barely play Crysis.

New motherboard maybe? What's your current one?

HD4850 (really depends on your motherboard, if its single slot than get the HD4850, but if its a SLI board then it's smarter to get a 9800GTX+/KO. OR, if you have a crossfire motherboard, then get the 4850.)
E8400(CPU), Not that many apps and games benefit to quad cores yet anyways.
IS THERE ANY CPU ON THAT SITE?

This is the build I'm getting soon. As you can see the MoBo only has ONE PCI-E slot. But at least it has a QUAD core support just incase . Single cards only :/

Depends on your budget and if your wanting/willing to go for a complete upgrade or just a GFX card. I have that exact processor too and I can tell you now you'll be struggling to play Crysis SP or any other CPU intensive game, even if you have a top-of-the-range GFX card.
I have that processor and when I stuck a 8800GT in, I went to play Crysis, and walking round with no action I was getting 50fps. However as soon as the physics kicked in an I encountered AI it dropped to like 15fps.
I would recommend getting a mid-range Core 2 Duo (4700 maybe?), with a decent mobo and a 4850 or something. Core 2's are shit cheap in America atm, and have great overclocking potential, especially with a good mobo, and the 4850 is one hell of a GFX card for the price.
EDIT: Done a bit of research and the prices in america for this kinda system are ridiculously low right now I put together this setup (excludes PSU, as I assume you already have a decent one. If not you'll want a 450W+ branded one, probably about $50). This system should paste Crysis at regular settings and a normal res.
