Nice, i like the first one, but to be honest im not fond of the 2nd, looks like the render doesnt belong with the background for some reason, like its out of place, dont know why though.

The first one looks okay, it lacks some detail I think you included too much of the original background if there is one, cant really tell.

Second one seems too messy to me but they're still both okay.

did the frist one in my lop top.. didnt have c4d's or stocks there so the images are googled..
