Title: Crinkled paper effect

This is a tut for the gimp though if you know what your doing in other programs like PhotoShop you can change what i've said and still get the same result, This is a FF Tutorial.

 and change it to overlay, once you've done that click on the new under layer [sig] and go to filters > distorts > warp then select shrink and go over the main areas that look like they have the most scrunched up, (you may need to edit your settings a little) i've made those areas red on this image so you can see where i've edited mine.

Just so you know, for PS it's Filter > Stylize > Emboss, and for Warp you press CTRL + T, right click the image and choose warp. I tried it on a blank sig, and I like it:
