I just wondering if there is any program to "convert" fraps files so it takes less space?

Virtual Dub.

Go to Video > Compression, and choose Huffyuv codec. Then render the footage.

Ok i got it but i can't choose Huffyuv codec, it dosen't exist

"In order to install Huffyuv, unzip all the files and right click the "Huffyuv.ini" file and click install."

Ok i got it isnstalled and everything now, but when i save it still takes alot of space

no. it takes alot, yes, and you can't really change it if you don't want to lose quality.
