i just had FF1 send me what he uses.. not 100% sure how to use it.. i think just paste em in the root directory n play the exe.. his answer when i asked that was maby....... so.. i duno lol

its a d3d8.dll and a spec *config file* .. o.o

Shouldn't this be counted as modding?

Because I'm sure playing it windowed increases your fps.

its just being broadcast in a smaller screen.. its still the same res but .. squished down if you understand me.. it may though, im not 100% sure

It's change only size of window  anyway  KIDwild try go to pause menu and try move your mouse outside the game window and then click somewhere , it's can help you get tittle bar .

Just open 3DAnalyze and click the box that says 'Play Windowed'....
