And read the instructions VERY CLOSE, because it can be very annoying to install it once and once again.
Myself tried for several months and when I realized I forgot to do ONE thing, that says in Torques text, it finally worked

Here's an easy method: Well, you need to download the LC Mod first. Then Have another copy of VC and copy all the files of LC mod to the copy of your VC. Then it works fine to me.
The problem to it is you can't use spoosh there. If you follow Torque's tutorial, spoosh will work better.

ahhh too many noobs! okay copy paste vc folder click install.exe or something like that in lc folder selct your vc.exe click next three times your done.... its not that hard people!

Or then just take a look to Torque's tutorial, I would trust that more than yours.
