This is a 'tutorial' to make your videos look smoother, not much of a tutorial just more of a... sharing of knowledge and me hoping that people use it so videos look smoother and better, it could be 50% smoother if gunner's framelimiter tool worked like it should but we'll just stick to 30fps as it is, until he fixes the tool - if he does.
Video editors download this tool:
http://gta4mods.com/index.php?page=6&id=12 (http://gta4mods.com/index.php?page=6&id=12)
(Thanks to Gunner)
and the idea is to stick to stunting how you normally do, but I recommend you use Vsync (this caps your FPS at your monitors refresh rate, so for LCDs you'll be getting constant 60fps) however if you just stunt as you do now it will still work and will still be smoother however if your FPS drops/boosts it will still look dumb (like videos today).
Then the person recording the video opens SA, patches it (it looks like it doesn't work and it wont give you option for FPS but in-game will now be capped at 30fps) and then records the stunt Simple
Then in Vegas make sure you render @ 30fps and not 25fps.

For people who don't fully understand the whole point of this is to acheive:
-No more retarded modded looking stunts
-A lot smoother looking videos
and for people who can't get 60fps np, it will still be smoother.
and for people who use FL on (finallight and explo...) still no big deal, will just be the equivilant of still recording 25fps.
Little clip i made so you can compare:

There you go.

but what is vsync doing.. a stable FPS? didnt understand that really...
-
thanks,nice tut ;d
-
its a bit gay but I have a 8600GTS and I play SA with 25fps :S (FL ON)

I think this thing doesn't work right...the 30fps clip is faster, is like the 25fps one only speeded up a little
