Someone did Rain 24/7 mod? I remember seen that at GTA Mods for VC, LC, SA, but it isnt there anymore, or it wasent ever been there?
If anybody wasent do that mod, could someone do?

Use Dannye's USCM and change the weather with look behind + TAB.

vice city weather manager i think its called its basically a weather mod that lets you control the weather....

Try to use Dannye's SCM and un-freeze time and wait for the rain to show up, then freeze time?
I think it will work but I ain't sure

What about using San An Studios? You can select time and weather.

EDIT: I mean VC Studios

I stunting at VC, so that probably not helping anything.
And I using gamepad .scm, so look behind + tab not working...
(Gamepad is just easier than keyboard, mean the scm because gamepad scm works with keyboard = ) )

ffs, dannyes scm change weather and leave the time as is, just keep tapping tab + num 0 and num . till it starts raining.. works fine for me so it will work fine for you

*i know its been said before but.. im thinking he tapped it once and gave up :/*
