Title: GTA SA Frame Limiter
Post by: Â§ Ťĥē Ã‘Ã¤pştēř Â§ on May 18, 2008, 12:51:26 PM: i created a patch to increase the frame limiter from the default 25 FPS to 40 FPS.
Includes a backup option

Cliping stunts on morbids resolution on 5fps max.

So , if someone have a good computer and good fps , why downgrading for 40 or 30 fps ?
