Title: Need help locating a site with an impressive number of GTA mods

A while back (in 06, I think), Neo Anderson posted the link to a website which featured a large number of GTA mods: by that, I do mean a LARGE number.

It wasn't a "regular" one such as GTAGarage or the GTA Place or GTAGaming.

I remember finding a mod called the "PCJ 6000", created by Winner '89, preview here (http://www.gtanetwork.it/zone/uploads/PCJ6000_By_Winner89.jpg) on the site. No, it's not the website I linked to.

I apologise both for where I put the thread (moving the thread is fine by me) and for being rather vague, but if somebody would somehow be able to redirect me to that website, I would be rather greatful.

Well you just listed the ones I was going to suggest, apart from GTA World Mods, but that's SA.
