the runup is posible, but u need to find the best one! i made the stunt, and the second bump but i didn't landed... i just bumped... very close   (and no reply )

Should be possible if you get a good first bump with a lot of distance-momentum so you have enough hit-power to reach the sign from the second bump.
It's easier to grind it than land it so i suggest you try that.

Ahhh now it has shown, let´s see...  
I think imposs, but with some speed and some luck there mabe doneable...  
I´m gonna try that
