That's shouldn't be even hard to do those in half day.

Use the selection tool to add there (into new layer) white shape, and then change it's opacity and blending mode. (optional)

can see the area around click me is a other color then gtas background

The click-me looks pretty cool, but i don't really like the other stuff, it is weird. You should add some others effects on the signatures.
