I doubt it, since they're using the name of real locations.

I lived in Flushing, it's on the top-right, the "F" is cut off.

the map from the first post is by gwm and it was designed after the trailers came out - its only there to show which area could be in the game (guessed by knowing which spots are still inside the map area)
A outline map can be found on the offical page now anyway so you could just try to find the original N.Y parts to guess the scaling.
