if that nrg where foating over the car and you had got on it it would fall down while you enter it and make it impossible to bail when the "force" from the car hits the nrg... (car fly)

If you mean jumping on with an NRG, you fall off

If you mean placing CJ on a charged car, then it acts as a treadmill and quickly forces you off in one direction
