Sometimes it turns into that, but it fixes itselfs..
Does it look like that the whole time?

Looks like your browser didn't load the css file. F5 or closing/starting firefox should do the trick.

on youtube i had the same problem and it worked with F5

Try reinstalling Firefox then, if the problem isn't just on GTAS.
