Title: DeviceLO notification

me again and another problem  
when i turn my computer off, a prompt tells me DeviceLO is unresponsive and needs to 'end' now
i have googled it and couldnt find any information usefull to my problem.
i think there might be an error with one of my programs but have no idea what it is.
Please help if you have any idea what this problem is.

Ctrl + Alt + Del. Look for DeviceLO. End task.

tryed it before, triple checked but its not there
