Title: Good converter?

I need good and free converter which allows to convert .avi videos into .wma and to other formats too what i can use on my phone, which is Nokia 5610 XressMusic. Ive been searching some converters for long but all free ones can only convert like 50% of the videos and stuff. So im searching; good, free video converter. And it would be even better if it can also convert music

Is there any other one because it says that my comp is too low that it cant run it
