Title: Videos buffer really slow

is there anything i can do to make it buffer faster? about a week ago there was no problem with it at all, i havent installed anything new, ive run superantispyware and delete some tracking cookies but still the videos barely buffer.
any tips?

Start with the basics.............empty your temp internet folder, run a program like CCleaner to remove temp files and shit and then give your hard drive a good defrag. Sometimes the simplest of things make a big difference.

my internet connection is 1mb, i ran registry mechanic and apparently there were a few registry problems with internet explorer, could've been that
