I recently found out my PC has been infected my some Malware thingy... I really need a good cleaner for it.

Any help would be really appreciated!!!

Hijackthis is'nt the best recommendation for people who dont know what their doing. Try Spybot Search & Destroy (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html) instead

Also windows has one, provided you update your PC once in awhile. CCleaner is also a good program to clean out shit but I guess it really depends on what kinda bug you got.

AVG Anti-Spyware is pretty good
