Title: A problem and a skin question.

First the problem: I downloaded IMG tool, i opened the gta3 file with it and i'm trying to put a player skin over there, and i want to replace player.dff but if i do it there comes an error ...
error says : File Access denied.
so i need really help, if someone can help me than pm me or post here or add me in msn :

And the skin: as i talked about the problem, if i can fix it than i need a good skin also, would anyone make me a skin like this : (http://www.gameokratie.de/scr/200512/gunz/gunz1.jpg)

1. take away -read only- off in models folder
2. delete and add instead of replace

there arent any -read only- thingy
i did delete, it say's its in use or its too dangerous to delete..
it isnt in use cause i dont play it atm..

i have the same thing that i can´t delete... how u fixed that... i dont how i remove read only too..

Right click on your WHOLE 'Grand Theft Auto Vice City' folder in the Rockstar Games directory, then go properties, uncheck the read only  box, then choose the option for 'Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files'. Not just the .img .

Skinning in SA is changing the TXDs of certain clothes.
