Title: Corrupt RARs

Having some shit problem where every time I download an RAR it says it's corrupt when I try to extract it, I've done a fair bit of googling and I found 3 results where people had the same problem as me and they all said they had just defragmented their computer before the problem occurred, today I defragmented and I'm having the problem and the other day I defragmented and I had the problem (only I thought it was due to a virus - just bad timing tbh)

1st guy - "oh now i can unrar files again, that was random"
2nd guy - "i had to formant my c"
3rd guy - didn't solve the problem

Soooooo any help fellas?

Please don't say

-Tried downloading with IE
-Are you using a download manager
-Try using rarzarc or whatever that crap thing Fox recommended me on msn  or 7zip, winzip etc.
-Have you restarted your computer
-Have you reinstalled winrar.

Please guys

Whoever fixes this for me gets my forum points... if that will make you try harder to find a solution or something :s or if forums points are worth anything

Corrupt RARs own.

Here's what you gotta do:

- Let's say you have to write a paper or do some other project, and upload the file to your school server.
- You pick a random file (preferably a random .exe file), and you change the extention to .rar
- Obviously that .rar won't work, and the teacher will think it's corrupt.
- This buys you some time to finish your actual project.
- Teacher says "Your .rar is corrupt, please upload it again."
- Then you upload your real finished project and you're done!
