Title: monitor problems

i cant reinstall my monitor drivers after i reinstalled windows the properties button in the monitors settings is locked and i cant get on the internet on my desktop so im on my sisters laptop. please if anyone needs more info just ask.

i just reinstalled windows.
the monitor still works but i cant change the resolution or the color
oh and now im having problems with my  internet connection i the install CD my isp provided wont detect my modem

Sounds to me like a graphics problem.
