Title: Problem with playing GTA's

yo
i bought i think 2 months ago a new pc with these specifiations:

- Windows Vista Home Premium
- 1024 RAM
- 383 mb Video Card (128mb shared)
 with the driver: GeForce 6150 SE
- had installing DirectX 9.0

i cant with these specifications playing LC (mod) without lagg @ 800x600x16 ? WTF!
and i can play VC with 1024x768x32 with Lagg (not much)

and i cant play SA @ 800x600x16...
and i cant record with Fraps @ 30fps..... (my fraps?)

whats the problem? driver? directX? Vista?

It's Vista I guess. Vista is taking up 4/5 off your ram , and your gfx card gets 128mb from the ram , so you only have like 100mb ram left , so you either buy 1024mb extra RAM or install XP , vista sucks.
