Whats up with the ram? Get 2x1gb, its cheaper and 667 is slow. 2x1gb PC2-6400 is what you NEED.

Get the Asus P5K instead of the P5B since the P5K's P35 Northbridge is much more stable then the P5B's 965 Northbridge. The p5b does not support PC2-5300 anyways.

Go with the 8800GT, its much cheaper and MUCH better then 8800GTS 320 mb. But in that price range you can go with the new 8800GTS 640mb, make sure you get the version with 96+ stream processors instead of the one with just 96.
BTW go with this hard drive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16822136073 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136073)

Seems good to me.. I'm using 667MHz and I encounter no bottlenecks.. And about Vista, only install it if you have reason to.. Like wanting DX10..
