This video is absolutely awesome.. It contains extremely good stunts, extra ordinary cool editing, and very suitable music. I love how technical everything feels, both the stunts and the editing. And how raw that first bump is.. Damn.
Julian did an excellent job on the editing, man he did really put a lot of time and effort in it.
This is 3 minutes and 39 seconds of pure pleasure, being special thanked in it feels like an honor.

Stunts : 10/10 Absolutely great, the wallclimbs are the best ever seen in SA so far, which is a very good point, seeing as I always found the wallclimbs rubbish before. The nrg stunts are great and creative aswell, infernus ones are pwnage
Editing : 10/10 M!ndfr3ak did a fucking great job, the editing is smooth,clean,great ....
Music : 8/10 The main music was good, but I felt like it could have been better, but still well chosen and well synched.
Compression and quality of the video : 9/10
Mark : 18.5/20

It's been a long time since I played SA, so I don't remember everything about it. Though this being a totally unmodded video seems like an impossibility to me, sorry.
The editing was cool though, a bit too much at times, but overall nice and creative.

That was amazing Taz, great job. Some of the stunts were just amazing in both creativity and distance/height stunts. Though I have to agree with Tackle. As much as I would like to believe everything is as clean as the editing, the first stunt was just, well lets say I need to see it landed a couple more times by some guys before I believe thats clean.

I dont really want to make a big deal out of this but us in WH were conflicted with this issue (Yes Taz we had some doubts, sorry.) Mostly this conflict comes from the first bump, most say 176ft is not possible from that spot. But you also must remember people have gotten 200+ft off of Turtles Dick's SF bridge bump. Also Daffy has given the stunt some trys, and hes gotten damn close and he landed KillaMarci's spot like 9 times. That being said, I'm sorry we doubted you Taz but some one outside of WH brought up the issue and we took care of it. That stunt is completely possible, and looks completely unmodded. That leaves us at 1 conclusion. So if your going to say this video is modded because a stunt looks impossible, well it wouldn't be the first time that happened now would it?

Sorry but I hope you won't get me wrong. I didn't want to start anything, I don't want to go any further with this at all.
I'm just posting my personal opinion, to me some of those look modded and/or cheated. That is something which doesn't make me enjoy watching this vid as much as I would like to. Even if it is modded or not, it's not a stunt I like watching.

I was told KM said he thought it was modded, KM landed his stunt in 2 or 3 hours on the lower level while Taz tried it for around 2 weeks.
When you spend that much more time on it you will eventually go higher than someone who spent 3 hours.
I tried that stunt for about a day and landed KM's stunt 12 times so Taz's stunt is by far possible... hell i almost "edged" it myself.
It's easy to understand however why people might think it's modded, as you don't see 150ft+ stunts in SA that often except for ShadowSniper's 24H videos.

Sorry but I think the first stunt is modded , When I tried that spot for Overflow I already though about landing the top , but then again I thought it was impossible , and it really is impossible..Feel free to prove me wrong

This is so hilarious, when kaneda did that sickass bump2bridgesupport in SA Smackdown, NightKnight his P2B at the harbor or KM's P2B2PrecisionLanding in the SL none of you started talking about modding, and why is that?
That's because they are all established stunters who has more "respect points" than you so you don't dare to say anything against them.
But when a new stunter comes and does a stunt like that you instantly think it's modded, Cdarmy and Prankster are good examples of that.
You guys make me sick, go try that stunt for 2 weeks yourself or a while and open your fucking eyes.

I don't care what anyone says back to me or whatever but I am almost 100% sure n the first stunt in this vid is modded, as are maybe a few others. Apart from some modded stunts the stunts were great, the stoppie 2 360 2 ledge grind being my favourite.
The editing was astonishing. It went really well with the song and the synching and effects were spot on. Great job Darkslide.

In the version Taz sent me, it's a lot easier to tell if they're modded or not since there isn't much editing so you get a lot more overview over the stunt itself... perhaps you should upload it?

Nice mods. Im highly suspicious of the stunts, the first one COULD be explained, I just have a hard time believing it, but the taxi stunts also bit me in the neck. Other than that the vid was great, didn't know what to think of Taz joining WH first, never actually heard, but he's convinced me about joining now.
Again, just my opinion, no doubt that he spent time on each and every stunt, who knows, maybe their possible?

Actually the Wallclimbs can be explained, I guess you have all seen Concept (#1), well kr3mlin uses a bus and get some great height. That's it, then go on accuse Kr3mlin of cheating ? You guys wouldn't dare, because it's Kr3mlin and you know he wouldn't cheat.
So I guess you can leave Taz alone about those wallclimbs, they are not cheated, you are just mad because all the wallclimbs yet have been rubbish in SA. As for the others stunts, I can't really tell seeing as I don't stunt much in SA but I believe him and Daffy says he almost did it aswell.
If he was bad or a modder, I doubt he would have been accepted into WH.

That first stunt looks totally floaty, and the stunt at 0:55. The editing was like an MTV show, it kept cutting every few seconds and was annoying, yeah it was really synced, but damn did it destroy the flow. Music was bad too.
The stoppie 2 grind would be good, but I don't trust you right now.

First stunt looked floaty, yes, but I wasn't in GTA too much this year and I don't know how much changed, I believe you. This solo is one of the best solos ever, and so are you, simply one of the best SA stunters ever. Funny how this is the first vid I see from you... would like to see more.

Great video, first stunt was madness.
But just cause it was mad doesn't mean I presume it's modded, in Overflow I landed a stupid high bump (not sure how high the roof i didn't get an ISB) and that WAS with a shit run up and like I expected a lot of people presumed it was modded. So just by that I am able to confidently say this stunt is possible but on the other hand just cause it's possible doesn't mean you didn't mod
Great video, stunts were great and so was editing (didn't like the music, but i still enjoyed the vid)
and it's kind of annoying how we are doing the opposite of pushing the boundaries of stunting seeing as as soon as someone does something better than the last guy everyone jumps on it and calls him a modder... heck my stunt was almost not in Overflow by editors choice because it looked modded, how fucked up is that... no disrespect juan maybe you were high or didn't put much thought into it, but if you don't trust a crew mate enough to the point where you actually consider not using his stunts then somethings wrong eh.
Also if you use FL ofc your stunts are gunna look floaty... that is unless you have vsync on and have constant fps @ w.e hrz.
Sweet, it's wmv and finallight was able to watch it... how about you actually try watching videos before complaining about having a bad pc.

He was around during the time The Heroes Return Liberty City was in the making, he nailed a couple of stunt challenges and progressed faster than most stunters, he landed Nitzkit's Bench2Roof from Mutality a year before Nitz and landed that P2B from Under Ground 2 Nitzkit slipped off.
He used a pretty short run-up which caught ZeroX's and Nitzkit's attention, since it wasn't normal to go that high with a run-up that short and the fact that he hadn't established a reputation as a stunter he was instantly marked as a modder.
Now these days heights with his run-up is pretty normal, hell i had half his run-up on one of my P2B's in Blackout 2 and got the same height.
You can see his stunts in the outro of The Heroes Return Liberty City.
I also think BK brings up a good point, whenever someone manages to push the limits and does something no one thought was possible, we consider it modding because the sad side of the past has given us some modded stunts.
Instead of saluting Taz for his effort to show us what's actually possible if you put your mind to it, we toss that aside and call it modding... i guess this is no longer the community i knew.

Great vid, I liked almost all the stunts. The music was different as usual but still a good one, and the editing was good. These cabbie wallclimb were awesome, I'll try them for sure.
Btw the first stunt wasn't modded, if you watch carefully you can see everything is a bit slower so it's only laggy and not grav modded.

I landed KM's stunt 5 times in 20 minutes now with about 140mph on most attempts.
You can get a little over 160mph but the run-up is a little sketchy so it does not happen often but you can easily reach the roof if you get a good bump in 160mph.

It looks like they all are just jealous since they can't argue a bit about it. All they can do is saying "it's modded". If I would ask them why they think it's modded they would defo answer "it looks a little floaty". Taz stunts FL Off, a bit float in a stunt isn't anything spectecular and I for my part can't detect any float in those stunts. If you want a proof how FL Off stunts can look like without modding I can go record you some.
Please cut the bullshit and stop being jealous, just be glad someone finally landed this and rate the video.

It looks like they all are just jealous since they can't argue a bit about it. All they can do is saying "it's modded". If I would ask them why they think it's modded they would defo answer "it looks a little floaty". Taz stunts FL Off, a bit float in a stunt isn't anything spectecular and I for my part can't detect any float in those stunts. If you want a proof how FL Off stunts can look like without modding I can go record you some.

Intro: Simple, plain but effective...ish
Editing:Very nice. Some of the angle changes were a bit much but it showed great synchronization with the song. The effects worked well too.
Stunts:
0:17 - 0:44 : I personally think it's modded. If it isn't I apologize as it is a very high bump to land.
0:45 - 0:52 : Good use of the bus to gain extra height but I don't understand how you get so high with the cabbie, do you have a special method? Because whenever I have boosted madly on a wall it gets about half that height before failing to maintain momentum to keep boosting.
0:53 - 0:59 : It's a good iBSM, although I'm not keen on them and the roof isn't very high.
1:00 - 1:08 : This stunt looks suspicious to me too. I too had the same idea, with the same runup and was hoping to land it for the next XSA vid. If it's un-modded (which it doesn't look like) then well done cus it's tricky with those stairs in the way.
1:09 - 1:15 : I've seen TD do this, but I don't think it was released. Don't look too hard but it was smoothly done.
1:16 - 1:23 : Good rotation but it's an old idea that has been used on other rails so not hugely innovative.
1:24 - 1:34 : Again, looks great but I don't understand how you get that mad height (please enlighten me )
1:35 - 1:42 : An iBSM but this is what they should be used for, as I think that would be the only possible way up their except from a strut bump. Great precision.
1:43 - 1:50 : I find this a weak stunt. Good idea but the idea is old just in a different location.
1:51 - 1:58 : Pretty decent, if it weren't a ledge grind it would be average tho.
1:59 - 2:06 : Never tried these before but this one had to be kinda precise, although these stunts look a bit flukey where it will send you flying.
2:07 - 2:17 : Another one I am slightly suspicious of, but again if it's not modded then it's a huge tank bump.
2:18 - 2:33 : The best stunt in the vid. Nice long stoppie and performed very well.
2:34 - 2:41 : Very random idea, as it was obvious you would get a slow grind when landed but I guess it's pretty difficult to get right. Did you grind down the stair rail at the end too cus it doesn't show it in the vid?
2:42 - 2:45 : Cool little bump. Nothing too hard or great tho.
2:46 - 2:57 : Nice bump 2 grind. I had done this without the krail and was gonna krail/cork it but that wall pisses me off balancing on.
2:58 - 3:05 : Very nice tank bump. Smoothly landed with a backflip too.
3:18 - 3:35 : Very high cab bump but ditto what I said about the others.
Outro: It was just like any other simple outro.
Overall: I enjoyed this vid. You showed great skill in your stunts and JL proved to be a very good editor. Thanks for sharing and I hope you can answer me my questions on the cab stunts

I understand your suspiciousness on some stunts. Ill try to explain the cabbie boosts.
Im originally inspired by JL, when it comes to the bus bonking technique. When I first saw him do it some months ago (he showed me, later they got released in Julkal), I thought it was an awesome method and started trying it out. It didnt take long to understand that this method gave the cabbies in SA much more potencial in my opinion, trying on decent spots, as showed in the video.
When youre bonking the bus right, it gives you a really good angle for boosting on flat walls. I think the bus kinda softens the impact, so it wont "throw" the cabbie away from the wall so fast. Then itll give you more time to boost, which naturally results in more height. I also think the cabbie is increasing its speed upwards when bonking the bus, which also is enchancing the boost. This combined with the good angle, results in good boosts, as youre boosting as fast as you can. Ive been close to breaking my Shift button doing these boosts
The boost with packer support, includes the same things I think. Its about to make the impact when first hitting the wall as soft as possible, and then boosting your keyboard dead
2:34 - 2:41 : Very random idea, as it was obvious you would get a slow grind when landed but I guess it's pretty difficult to get right. Did you grind down the stair rail at the end too cus it doesn't show it in the vid?

The fourth thing you need to know is that not every stunt that dont look possible is modded. Most people expect to see people like Nitzkit, Daffy, Barney or some vet to push limits. But a lot of times that a new stunter pushes limits they are accused of modding for EX: Cdarmy, BoxXx, Shark, and a few others that are breaking through. I will admit that there may be a few of them that mod, but not EVERY ONE. You need to stop denying limits being pushed and people doing what you don't think is possible. This is what stunting is all about and by doing so you are denying stunting its self.
I think I can say as many words as I want but it wont change anything until some one else lands that first stunt. I tried a bit yesterday and got 130ft but I honestly don't have 2 weeks to dedicate to a single stunt.

1. High Bump - first stunt and we see from start pwnage editing, this bump is very hard, but i heard about this trick before...anyway this is perfect bump, for me best stunt from this video +
2. Taxi Boost - new method with bus, and high boost, +
3. iBSM - normal iBSM are easy but here we saw small wallride, very good iBSM, +
4. Bump - bump looks easy but run up weird, nice landing, +
5. Infernus bump - old, and i think it's not hard, -
6. grind - bump from maverick, and cool grind, +
7. taxi boost - high and new, +
8. iBSM (JL) - cool precision, and nice idea, +
9. Infernus bump - new, but looks easy, nice landing, -
10. bump2ledge - little lucky, but very hard, +
11. coreflow - nice precision! very good trick, +
12. tank bump - nice, new, and looks hard, +
13. stoppie2ledge - cool ledge, i like ledge grinds, +

Only things I didn't like was the music (it was ok but not great) and the editing had to much cutting and view changes which didn't made the stunt very clear (it went a little too fast some times).

Omni, I think another reason why the cabbie stunts are so high is FL off. You can't boost as fast with FL on, it's impossible.
Just wanted to add that.

Thats true, try and boost with 25 fps or with 60 fps you can tell the difference, the reaction of 25fps is just way to low to get a smooth gameplay.

I don't know how to check if a stunt is modded or not when it's RAD´sed (funny word), but all I can say is when I tried the first stunt on PS2 I got as close as I usually get to stunts ppl on the forums can land, so I suspect it's LEGIT. Whoever I showed the first stunt to about half a year ago, who claimed it was impossible, should get -1 cookie.

nobody 'll try to land a 173fts building with a bug that happened every 200 trials ! TAZ tried 2 weeks but how many tests? 100 ? 200? 500 ? If we suppose that it's un-modded, taz is a pretty omfg lucky GUY, he couldn't know that the stunt was possible but strangely he continued to tried it... Personnaly I wouldn't take 2 weeks for a 173fts bump when I know that many best stunters tried it and had problems to land the first part about 136fts. I think that like every stunts about more than 120fts TAZ should had landed it just on the roof and never overflyed it like it !
This stunt make me rly confused =( modded or unmodded =((( I dont know and I ll never know, it's make me MAD crazy, dangerous

If you capture averagely ~500MB for 1 stunt, you don't watch things like this. This video wouldn't be released yet if would do.
If you wonder if this are 2 skins: you're actually wrong. It's just a random .dff-file.

What do you mean by that Herrarge? There is only one skin used, on an original DFF. And the original DFF shows two NRG models...

Could someone upload the XQ to YouTube or something else? The bug on the FCR stoppie2grind is fixed in it. I rather you to delete the 3mb/s links, btw. The 6mb/s quality is way better and it's still only 137MB.

Yes but people thought he modded because of the height, they were questioning the possibility of the stunt. Not the floaty looking ways like we did with your stunts. So therefore another stunter landing it makes sense, but then again if you want to be technical CleanDogg could have modded. But I know from personal experience that its possible. That's the only way to judge honestly.

This is what tears stunting apart. People see something that beats their stunt, and they cry mods.
Though I have my suspicious minds of other stunters. But I mean, this was 173ft high, I've got 203ft from Turtle Dick's SF bump2bridge bump, and me, who's even lagging with frame limiter off, can get 203ft, then it's not fucking "huge" to get 173ft with a good pc. And I pretty much suck at SA (basically cause I'm lagging so much), have been close to land that lower part of Taz's first stunt, so there's no modding in here. You all can go stick your finger up your ass and get the hell out of this thread if you don't wanna say something nice, that Taz wants to here.

I loved the first stunt. I got to the lower level of the first stunt and it took me 5 ot 6 hours, lol. Great music, great stunts! This has to be one of the best SA solo's of all time. Some of you guys said the first stunt was modded? Nah, because I almost made it but failed, lol. Taz? You are just a great stunter! Enough said.
