every night i turn my PC off at night - yes im doing my bit for climate change >_>
but i think this is doing harm to my pc or something because as soon as i started doing this, it usally takes only 1 time to start up a PC right? not for me mine takes like 4 trys to boot up (meaning it starts up,turns off, startsup, turns off etc) really annoying.. then this morning i turned it on and i got really angry coz windows cant start because its missing a WINDOWS file called SYSTEM and i turned it off and it didnt show it and i waited 4 trys to boot up and then it said Windows has recovered from a serious error. < does that every time i get on btw
should i be worried that one day i get up it just wont start? hope not

power supply failure maybe?

Yeah sounds like you got something serious going on with your OS. If you have XP try goin back 30 days usin the system restore.

System restore is amazing! It gives the impression that it actually backs something up, but nothing of importance is recovered. You're better off shooting your computer.
Reinstall XP or (if you know what you're doing) back up your important files, format and reinstall everything.

Same here.. I think that there might be something wrong with your hard drive.. Do you hear clicking sounds when the comps booting up? If the answer is yes, your hard drive is fucked and you gotta get a new one..
