Title: Vice city won't run.
Post by: XL0ud on September 28, 2007, 01:19:43 PM: I'm having a problem right here,
I can only get into vice city's Start menu.
When i press New game, or Load game, the screen will be black, and it won't load the game. =/

I updated my drivers etc.

Does someone know about this problem?

Are you using a illegal copy of it, or a purchased copy?

If you've obtained an illegal copy I'm really not surprised that it isn't working.

Try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it with no changes to the game or files whatsoever. And then start a new game and check if that works.

Yeah but the graphics corruption is what used to keep my VC from loading right until I patched it

I found the problem... Sadly i'm on Vista.
I tried on XP and it worked.. >_> this is always hapening to me..
