Okay, I'm very sorry to tell you this, but in that position it is physically impossible to turn upright, therefore it is a bail and does not count as a record.

0.o, I tried to get it upside, but I couldn't, I only thought it was a bail when it was completly upside down

It's a bail if eventually, without doing anything, your car will blow up, in that position it will. Therefore, bailed.
