Ok i uninstalled it the wrong way. i deleted the file San Andreas. thats in Rockstar games file. So i went into add or remove programs and try to delete it but it couldn't find uninstaller. am i screwed?

Probably not. Try re-installing.

Put in the SA disc, and its gonna ask you if you want to uninstall. Click Yes.
If you don't have the SA disc, then the computer "thinks" SA is installed because the registry file wasn't removed properly. Don't know how your gonna fix that lol.
Or someone could just send you the uninstall file

try reinstalling it then uninstall it again

sometimes it says cant find the file, do you want to remove it from the list, ive got it a couple of times (programs i uninstalled wrong, from like 3 yrs ago)

Go on Start -> Run -> regedit -> Go on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Rockstar Games -> Delete the GTA SA folder there. If that still don't works, go on edit -> Search -> San Andreas and delete all files you find(it just searchs 1 file, so after deleting that, press f3 so it searchs again).

Reinstall then uninstall it properly..
