Title: File Restoration programs

Can anyone give me the link for a good File Restoration program which is FREE?
And by free, I mean free to recover files, not just search for lost files. I've used a couple, and now I've been waiting for nearly 2 hours for a scan to finish, then it tells me to purchase the product and give my details from the product, so I can restore the files I want back.

If anybody can get me a free recovery program, I would greatly appreciate it.

Recycle restorer is what I have. I haven't used it much but it is free and fully functional.
