I just got Zbrush, and after messing around with it for a while, I made this:

Never heard about Zbrush, what is that?

However it looks not so good. Perhaps it's hard as a work, but some parts of the head are strange.

yeah i was gona say wtf are you being so negative its ukn pwnage for a 1st go...plus if you can ... render it to a dff and stick it in gta itl look better than cj and tommy put together...(screw claude)
