Sam might have done it in TOAS, but he landed the large part of the roof to the right. The idea i believe is to land the shorter part of the roof on the left. Or the 200ft+ balcony on the next roof...

Wow...200ft? Dunno why but Im pretty sure that its possible to land that balcony, Nitzkit slipped off from the lower roof in a video and maybe if you get a good bump...

I've just watched the height of the balcony..It's 240 ft so that would be EXTREMELY hard and close to impossible

Haha havn't read any posts but I got 203ft height off this. It is possible to land on the ledge of next building. I tried long time ago can't be bothered to stunt.
