in what format i should save my video and how to? becos save and save as saves in .veg or other not supported format in winamp

Make border like that in you photo editing programm. (White/Grey dots here are transparent)

Add it to Vegas in the highest video line.

You need to render it, not just save the vegas file.  Go to File > Render as, and choose wmv, then follow this tutorial: http://www.gtastunting.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=17941 (http://www.gtastunting.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=17941).  I find it the easiest to use, and it gives a really good result.
