Prolly simple to do but could somebody tell me how to make this effect from Faceless?

It's a video transition or whatever, it's when two clips switch but in a motion effect! like if you ever used WMM, when you got two movie clips, and you want to break the first clip into peices showing the second after that, if that makes NO sense at all...i tried my best
