Title: Why my game wont start?

Ok, i got now for fun this SimCity 4 withc is only year newer thatn my comp is. Well, usually when i click the game launcher, it says that there aint a CD. Well thats because i used warez to get this game.... I know i know, i shouldnt use warez.    But thats not my problem, the crack is, i have replaced the game launcher with the cracked at many times and i have used two different cracks. But it wont start the game, the noCD -problem disapears but it wont start the game. Please answer quickly, i want to play this game

^Please dont come here to tell "oh buy it" "dont use warez" because it dont help me at all. I need some real answers for this
