Title: Photoshop Problem

alright, so I'm having problems with Photoshop importing renders...when I copy and paste them, they have a black background and they're not transparent, how do I fix it so that they become transparent.

Save the picture to your hard drive first, then open it, they don't like to be copy pasted .
