Hmm... I don't know, It seems a bit impossible without mods, but you never know. You might get lucky .

That ledge is like perfect for a ledgegrind. It's wide enough to have your front wheel to the wall and your back wheel just outside the ledge, which makes it almost a never-ending ledgegrind.

look this, i can get there 123 ft, but height of building is near 160ft, i think it is very hard but possible

The Hyman Condo is about 180ft, it's impossible from a BSM

hmmm posssible but hard going in to try it itll be hard to hit the grind without bailing judging by the angle you come in at it..

Question lol.

It's not impossible, just annoying. You got plenty of run up. Often times when you hit a BSM, you get a spin off of it. Landing a grind after spinning is pretty damn hard to do.
