Title: Fraps Problem

Hey all, well i want to make my Solo but i can't:

If i record, it doesn't lagg or something else. If i want to look it, the Film is so slowly that i see me only riding from 1 meter (english= xmiles?) but the sound i hear full. Example:
Video Length = 15 Seconds - I See 1 Second of Video Start but i hear the Full Sound 15 Seconds long.

Please help me, heres my "Video" settings:

Record 12,5 fps and speed up x2 in vegas or whatebver you use.

I had that problem 2, but since I got the full version it has been solved

he had the full version <.< he needed to set 12,5 fps
