VC/SA Basic Skinning Tutorial
By Blaze

Made this for Pure_hoju, But i think it will help other people.

Tools needed:
Some form of graphics program( MS Paint Will Do)
IMG Tool
TXD Workshop
Camhack( To Change Camera Angles When Taking Pics)
ALL Files Are Attatched
__________________

1.Go to your Rockstar Games folder and right click which game your going to mod, Go to properties and uncheck "read only", This allows the IMG File to be edited. (BE WARNED, IN SA IT WONT WORK IF YOU HVE A V.1.1 OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT,YOU NEEED THE PATCH, DO NOT BLAME ME IF YOU SCREW YOUR IMG!)
2.Open IMG Tool, Tap CTRL+L, Then find the rockstar games directory, Open your game folder, then open models. Click GTA3.IMG, Not DIR!
3. Tap Ctrl+f then type in PCJ600.TXD(VC) Or NRG500(SA). Right click and extract to a folder of your liking.
4.Open TXD Workshop, Then press open TXD. Find your TXD and open it.
5.Click export images at the top>Export all as PNG To a folder of your choice.
6.Open your graphics editing program and click "open". Find your images.
7. Edit them to your liking, its pretty self-explainotory
8.Open the TXD In workshop again, And import the images.
9. Save the TXD.
10.Open IMG tool, And delete the bike TXD. Then import the new one.
11.Go play!

REMEMBER TO BACK UP YOUR TXD!!1
