Done by RAD in Dreamstate. I think its possible with a natural bump.

Madman did a natural bump but not from that spot I think in Connected.

Yeah, he did it from the little bit sticking out next to the bsm, and it was in Connected.  Good job BK, I'm gonna try this anyways, looks like fun.
