Title: Mouse disappears!
Post by: VenomX on May 22, 2007, 01:12:49 PM
When I'm playing Vice City and alt+tab out of it, my cursor is invisible.  Why, and how can I fix this?

Thanks  .

Lower your resolution (VC)

Or your probably using a new mouse theme, just change it to default.

I'll try the resolution thing, thanks.  I don't have new mouse themes.

Okay, I have it on 640 x 480 and it still isn't appearing.  Anyone else?

Delete your gta-vc.set file and then try. Restart your computer or uninstall VC, delete your rockstar games folder and reinstall it.

go into the menu before tabbing out, when you are outgame click a few times to make the cursor vis. - oh and torque -> re-read the first post. he is talking about alt - tab, not alt - F4

Doesn't work fox. I have the same problem. I used to be able to fix it by alt tabbing then opening task manager but that doesn't work anymore.
(I Think its more of a Windows problem than a VC problem.)

I got the same problem with SA, i've just reinstalled my windows and it works. But you can try this:

Start -> System Control -> Mouse -> Cursor Options -> Look on the picture here:
