First off you need to get Moo Mapper.
You can Download it Here (http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=101483&package_id=109005&release_id=215767)

Now turn on Moo mapper and select your VC or LC directory. On the right side select the 3rd option.
Ahora habre Moo Mapper y selecciona tu directorio de VC o LC. En la derecha escoje la 3era opcion.

Select the area in which you want your challenge to be in. I selected "Downtown.ipl". Then on the list at the bottom I double clicked one of the names to make the downtown.ipl load up in the view window.
Selecciona el area en la cual tu competencia va a estar. Yo seleccione "Downtown.ipl". Despues en la lista de abajo yo le di a click dos veces a unos de los nombres para que el area de downtown.ipl se viera en la pantalla.

To create a new object click on "add item".
Para crear un nuevo objeto clikea a "add item".

On the "Item Editor Dialog" Window you are gonna put in the "ID Number" of this new object you wish to place and the "model name" of it. You have to pick a name and a ID number from objects already from VC/LC you cant just make up a name.
En la ventana de "Item Editor Dialog" vas a poner el numero de ID (ID number) de este nuevo objecto y el nombre en (model name). Tienes que escojer un nombre y ID que ya este en VC, NO te lo puedes inventar.

Now you see how "downtown.ipl" has a * next to it, that means that is the modified IPL.
Ahora vez como "downtown.ipl. tiene una * al lado, eso se ignifica que ese IPL esta modificado.

Now after you have placed the model in the right place, just go to file and click "save modified files".
Despues que ya hallas puesto el objeto donde quieres, le das a "save modified files".

View window controls:
Left click = Travel left/right/back/fowards
Right Click = rotate window
middle wheel = zoom in/out

Object Controls:
CTRL + Left click = Move object in any direction except up or down
CTRL + SHIFT + Left Click = Move Object up/down

That happened me too, did you close you MooMapperbefore you go to ingame? Because you need to save it when it asks want you to save the thing before you leave.
