what i can do with this ugly textures always its staing on road

i try it on minimal/maximal draw defence ugly texture stay i try it on 640x480/16*32 texture stay 1024x768/16*32 stay

Then get a draw distance mod like there is for SA. There should be one...

i remember a no loadscreen mod which removes all the LOD (what you see) models.. My friend has the same problem btw and its caused by his bad video card.
But basicly looking for the no loadscreen mod should help

remember to start a new game when you install that or you'll have a set of new problems...lol
You might wanna try the draw distance tool too. Make sure your frame limiter is on as you know VC engines have a problem loading scenes with it off, specially when you go fast. When you have it on it should be no problem.

If your using the no loading screen mod then use the NoLoad VC save file that came along with it.
