Found it while trying a BSM Form Lockdown. Land the further roof. I Landed the one infront in 5 minutes.

ABOUT THE RUN UP.

Well i used this so i guess you can:

Use a packer to gap the building you used when you sniped all the gang members in (i think) drity lickins, Then its possible.

"Spoosh" vehicles are the same shit as vehicles from missions, which CAN be used to stunt in VC... so it isnt modding in the least.
