Whats not to understand? You install the mission selector, use the ingame menu to select the t-bone mendez mission. Arrive to the mission with your chosen vehicle, say a packer. Grab the packages, kill the bike riders, but dont return to jizzys, just stunt.

I understood it without a video.  

But you can use Dannye´s scm too, it has a spoosh function.

At gtainiside.de ,  there's an savegame pack including a savegame which starts just before every single mission
