Title: A P2B at the Docks [VC]

It is possible! I got 493ft distance with 88ft height (without RAD's) and I went down just before the fence around Sunshine Autos. There's plenty of run-up and the Packer won't go anywhere so don't worry about that.

Approximately 500ft to the fence so the roof would be about 600-675ft or so.
