Not really  it's harder than it looks...I tried for 15 minutes and never hit the rail from the stoppie...it's hard to even get into a stoppie  if you go fast then you can get into a stoppie easily but you will go way past the rail, if you go slow then you just bail when you try to go into the stoppie.

It looks a lot easier, and better (if completed) from the other roof to the right of the roof you're supposed to stoppie on. When I play Vice City, I'll give it a few shots.

Here's a replay, if your bored check it. This is a pain in the ass btw to grind for more than a second  You just gotta work the stoppie and slow down before goin for the grind...

I tried this before lol. I tried to grind the whole rail but the stoppie was just too fast. and if it was slow my bike will curve to the right

I did this such a long time ago. Had a perfect one, but my bike bumped the rail instead of grinding, so it's not good.
